Are you addicted to artificial sweeteners, if so, what could be the harm effect onto your body?
The three primary artificial sweeteners currently in use are saccharin (Seet’N Low), aspartame (Equal, NutraSweet), and sucralose (Splenda). Advocates argue that the benefits provided outweigh the potential negative health effects. In fact, Aspartame increases appetite as well as body weight. It’s also known as a cancer-causing compound in rats. It’s composed of aspartic acid, phenylalanine, and methanol. It was approved for food use by the FDA in 1981. The brand names of Aspartame are: NutraSweet, along with Equal, Spoonful, Indulge, Equal-Measure, etc…
Aspartame kills brain neurons. Russell L. Blaylock, professor of neurosurgery at the University of Mississippi’s Medical Center, explains in his book Excito-toxins “The Taste That Kills” that though aspartame and glutamate (in the chemically related substance MSG) is a neurotransmitter normally found in the brain and spinal cord. When aspartame reaches certain levels it causes the death of brain neurons. The risk to infants, children, and pregnant women are higher because the blood/brain barrier, which normally protects the brain, is not fully developed until adulthood.
Dr. Blaylock and numerous other experts believe that long-term exposure to excito-toxins may play a part in diseases such as: Brain lesions and tumors, Early-onset Alzheimer’s Disease, Epilepsy, Hearing problems, Lupus, Memory loss, Multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s Disease.

Beware of food products containing these words:
“Lite”, “Diet”, “Low-calorie”, “No calorie”
Among these are: Diet iced teas, Diet soft drinks, Crystal Light, Yogurt lite, Diet Jell-O, Some cereals, and Some children’s vitamins.
Health problems initially reported with Aspartame consumption
Today, there are some 10,000 documented reports of adverse reactions to aspartame, including death. But since it is estimated only about one percent of people who experience a reaction report it, it is safe to assume at least a million people have had a reaction to this chemical.

Two present day examples of commercially-produced foods that lack the nutrients found in their organic counterparts include the tomato and spinach: 1) One study revealed that commercially-produced tomatoes contain 1 mg of iron and 0-5mg of vitamin C, while organically-grown tomatoes have 1,938 mg of iron and 125-250 mg of vitamin C. 2) Commercially produced spinach contains 49 mg of iron; its organic equivalent contains 1, 584mg.

1. During the day practice deep breathing exercise to stimulate the nervous system.
2. After a long period of time being exposed to EMF like working on your computer, using frequently a cell, watching T.V, … take a shower. Why? According to the doctor’s complete guide to treatment and self-care above, if you’re electrically sensitive, you’ll find that being near moving water is helpful because of the positive ion level of the air is high. You also, can find some relief if you can be nears a fountain, stream, lake, or ocean, since this is not possible for most people, an alternative would be to stand in a running shower. Even running water over our lower arms and hands a number of times each day can provide relief.
3. Go barefoot as much as possible.
4. When traveling by automobile, try to get out of the car and walk around every half-hour to have ground contact.
5. Keep your bedroom electrical appliances free. This will lower electrical exposure for at least eight hrs. of the day.
6. Use a screening shield to reduce the waves that emanate from your computer screen or use Smart Filter in your office.
7. Nutritionally, a couple of products are recommended to assist your body in strengthen the nervous system, keep it in balance- homeostasis, and to reduce and suppress EMF sensitivity symptoms down like stress out, anger, despair, intolerance to circumstances…

What’s holistic?
Holistic is a behavior of balancing and integrating the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects in life, as well as practicing green living.
Who are holistic people?
Holistic people strive continually to educate themselves and families about holistic health and green living to maintain and preserve overall health, environmental health and planet.
How they live holistically?
– They live based on the interconnection of all things in their lives and around them,
– They get involved making choices that embrace this interconnection, working with nature that has already done all the work for us-humanity-and use innate sense and knowledge to restore balance,
– They understand the connection and the outcome of their choices, i.e., how the food they eat and products they buy can affect them and the environment that may promote health or disease, and
– They believe in making uninformed and uneducated decisions put their body out of balance, physically, emotionally and spiritually. In other word they become sick.
Why they chose holistic life?
They chose to live holistically because they’re conscious of their choices that are the only true way to protect and insure their overall health, offspring and the planet.
Holistic is an old-new healthy way of practicing living just as God created and designed the whole universe (humans, animals, and plants) to thrive and prosper in a perfect balance. For instant, our grand-parents used to live holistically: Breathing pure air, drinking clean purified ground water and eating raw, organic, wholesome foods. Comparing to nowadays lifestyle, the air is polluted, drinking water is contaminated, and foods is industrialized and artificial. This is the clue secret why population growing sick and diseased…
Human race lost homeostasis (biological balance). How we lost homeostasis? Dr. William J. Yarwood quote described it precisely:
“In order to understand how we lost homeostasis you must understand your relationship with your environment. When our Creator designed our bodies he designed us to live in harmony with our environment. When we change our environment we are moving against the wisdom of our Creator. That will always result in degeneration. Imagine the Garden of Eden compared to today’s environment, and you well get a quick idea of how far astray our civilization has wandered from its original design. The closer you move to that design, the healthier you become. The farther away you move from that design, the sicker you become. When you compare the foods, water and air in the Garden of Eden to today’s foods, water and air, you will see a tremendous difference. That difference lies in the information. What you see as food, water and air, your body sees as information. When you put incorrect information in, your body becomes dysfunctional.”
It’s still possible to live holistically and green by trying to go back to the basics of human health diet consuming organic, raw, and real wholefsome foods and by protecting the environment by eliminating the use of chemicals.Unfortunately, as responsible citizens we are left to educate and protect ourselves from the worlds’ greatest health threats-chemically contaminated foods, water, soil and air. Once again, this can be done by:
– Eating organic, fresh, local and seasonal foods that protect our health, the health of the planet, and all its inhabitants for organic farming supports natural ecosystems by liming the input of toxic and persistent chemicals into the air, soil and water,
– Minimizing our impact and detoxing our environment, reducing energy use and buying less stuffs, and
– Teaching the value of respect for the earth and all its creatures for our children.
That’s how living holistically can really save natural life!
