On empty stomach I mix the following ingredients to make the healthiest delicious water drink -I and my body needs- to start a productive day:

lemonade

A glass of lukewarm filtered mineralized water

A whole squeezed fresh organic lemon juice

¼ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon baking soda
